CPD Accredited

We’re proud to announce IPPA has secured cpd accreditation for the world congress on positive psychology 2019.

The Professional Development Consortium is home to the CPD Standards Office, the CPD Research Project and the Provider of Training Excellence. Their wealth of knowledge and research within the Learning and Development Industry and their team of industry professionals on the Expert Advisory Board are a few of the reasons that contribute to detailed and rigorous assessment processes they have in place.

IPPA are proud to announce we have recently achieved accredited CPD Status with the CPD Standards Office for the upcoming World Congress on Positive Psychology, being held in Melbourne, Australia from July 18-21 2019.

To achieve the accreditation IPPA has undergone a rigorous assessment process that focuses on the development and delivery of our training including our educational authority, how we collect and utilise our delegate feedback, and ensuring our content is kept up to date.

Now IPPA have achieved this accreditation and status as an accredited CPD Provider, we are committed to working hard to maintain, and exceed, the excellent standard we have already set.

What is CPD?

Continuing professional development (CPD) is the intentional maintenance and development of the knowledge and skills needed to perform in a professional context. This could mean honing current skills, it could mean developing them to a new level, or it could mean learning new ones that will allow an employee’s job role to expand or prepare them for potential promotion.

To obtain your certificate of CPD hours:

Certificates of CPD hours are not automatically dispersed after the Sixth World Congress, and do need to be requested in writing. After attending the Sixth World Congress on Positive Psychology, please send an email to congress@ippanetwork.org, with “Request for CPD Certification” in the subject line, and your name and contact information in the body of the email.  After verification of your attendance, you will receive a personalized certificate, which will state the number of credits earned, along with a learning tool.  Please complete the learning tool, and keep both the tool and your certificate for your records if the need for a CPD audit arises.
